About This Program
If you opt in to receive SMS notifications from FoodSecure Learning, we will send you text messages related to your daily learning questions. These messages include:
- Links to your daily dietetics lesson
- Reminders to complete your lesson
- Important program updates
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your participation. You can expect up to 1–2 messages per day during active participation in the program.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. FoodSecure Learning does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

Important Notes
- SMS consent is not required to participate in FoodSecure Learning. You can choose to receive lessons via email only.
- Your phone number is used only for program messaging.

- Supported carriers include major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
