1. Service Description

FoodSecure Learning is a PhD Research Study conducted by Jordan Mize. The service delivers daily micro-learning lessons focused on dietetics education through email and/or SMS text messages.

2. Eligibility

By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are a dietetics professional or student invited to participate in this research study.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information (email and/or phone number)
• Use the service for educational purposes only
• Not share your personal access link with others
• Notify us if your contact information changes

4. SMS Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS notifications from FoodSecure Learning, you agree to the following:

• Consent: You expressly consent to receive automated text messages from FoodSecure Learning at the mobile number you provided.
• Message Content: Messages will contain links to your daily dietetics lesson and occasional reminders.
• Message Frequency: You will receive up to 1 message per day.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a confirmation message.

• Carriers: Supported carriers include major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of participation in the study. You may choose email-only notifications instead.
